Laboratories and cleanrooms for nanofabrication

The facility provides state-of-the-art equipment for nanofabrication, deposition techniques, lithography, microscopy and scanning probe techniques and contains various cleanrooms for the fabrication of (prototype) devices.

Several labs with cryogenic setups, instrumentation for electronic and microwave measurements, and laser setup are available for measurements.

Experienced technical staff offers professional support for all available technologies.
