Production facility with cleanrooms

This facility has R&D- and QC labs and 11 cleanrooms for production of which 5 have now become available for renting including offices. The owner occupies the rest of the building and is open for f.i. implementing GMP, renting extra storage, space outside, cooling etc..

The facility is ideally suited for the development and production of, for example, products such as chemicals, cosmetics, food supplements, and (animal) pharmaceuticals. Particularly interesting for, for example, (industrial) pharmacists or pilot/ production of medical devices.
