Multi-user building for starting chemical and LS ventures

Amsterdam Science Park

The building, with over 5000m2 of floorspace, is specifically equipped to house starting chemical and Life Sciences ventures and provides a combination of laboratory and office space.

Flexibilty and sustainability are the basic aspects of the design of the building (completed in 2013).
Each of the five floors can be subdivided into small units, but businesses can also rent a half or whole floor.
The ground floor also contains several amenities such as conference rooms and a restaurant open to all.
